Kezia Mead

Paralegal – Crime – Nottingham

As a Paralegal in our busy Crime Department, Kezia advises clients across the full range of proceedings, from attending Police Station Interviews to providing essential casework support to Barristers conducting trials in the Crown Court.

Kezia came to our team having worked for a time in the prison service, providing valuable support to those in custody, either on remand or serving their sentences, encouraging them to make the best of their time and offering them advice and guidance on how to cope after their release. This insight into the inner workings of prison life gives Kezia a unique appreciation of an aspect of the system rarely seen by professionals working in the field. This means that Kezia’s empathy when attending upon clients facing the prospect of time in custody is matched only by her tenacity and drive to push for the best outcome in every case.
